1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tk555 ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the tk555.biz website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional features offered thereon.

By registering an account, ticking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply accessing any part of the tk555 platform, you unequivocally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register, use any service, or access any content on tk555.

2Player Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on tk555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. tk555 may request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion and close any account that fails to meet these requirements:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or legal entity.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of tk555 or its affiliated companies.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may register and maintain only one account on tk555. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Upon detecting duplicate accounts, tk555 will suspend all related accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any balances accrued across those accounts.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. tk555 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You must notify tk555 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. tk555 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain password security.
• tk555 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of protection against unauthorised login.
• Accounts showing no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tk555 will contact the registered email address before any dormancy charges are applied.

KYC and Identity Verification

All players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires uploading a government-issued photo identity document — typically your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — and a current selfie photograph. tk555 may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address and source-of-funds documentation, as part of ongoing compliance. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawals being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on tk555 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk555 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. The following provisions govern all deposits and withdrawals made via the supported payment channels, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• tk555 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may deduct their own transaction fee; this is outside tk555's control.
• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity are strictly prohibited. tk555 will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• tk555 reserves the right to reverse or refuse any deposit where fraud or misuse is suspected, with or without prior notice.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel and account name used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals requested before KYC approval will be held pending until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal processing typically completes within 30 minutes during normal hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). During peak periods or additional security reviews, processing may take longer.
• tk555 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

tk555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players in Bangladesh, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• All bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (the rollover requirement) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with another player. Any attempt to transfer bonus value is a breach of these Terms.
• tk555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it suspects abuse, technical error, or fraud.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is considered fraud.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tk555. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, voiding of pending bets, and referral to law enforcement:

• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by tk555.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament operated by tk555.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through platform errors will be voided.
• Opening or operating more than one tk555 account, or misrepresenting your identity during registration or KYC.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards tk555 staff, support agents, or other platform users via any communication channel.

7Responsible Gaming

8Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any tk555 intellectual property.

You may not scrape, copy, mirror, republish, or redistribute any tk555 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of tk555 intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the tk555 platform or any of its services. This limitation applies regardless of whether tk555 was advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Without limiting the foregoing, tk555 specifically excludes liability for:

• Service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical failures that temporarily prevent access to the platform or result in the loss of an active gaming session.
• Losses incurred as a result of your own gambling decisions, including losses from sports betting or casino gameplay on tk555.
• Third-party content, external payment provider failures, or actions of other users that are outside the direct control of tk555.

10Amendments, Governing Language and Applicable Law

tk555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. Any disputes arising from the use of the tk555 platform shall first be submitted to tk555's internal dispute-resolution process via our support team before any external escalation.
